Return/Exchange Policy

1. International Order Rule
No Free Return for International Orders
All international shipments are non-refundable for change of mind. We only accept returns for damaged, defective or wrong items received

2. Return Application Time Limit
You must contact us within 3 calendar days after package delivery.
If you fail to send photos of damaged goods within the time limit, we will reject the return request.
Orders with a delivery time exceeding 7 days: We only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or our shipping errors.

3. Shipping Cost Terms
Personal reason returns:
The buyer bears all round-trip shipping fees, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
We will deduct $10–$25 (based on item weight) from your refund to cover our initial outbound cost. If you use DHL for return shipment, the deduction will be $25–$40.

4. Partial Refund Option (No Return Required)
To avoid costly international return shipping, we offer two solutions: full refund with item return, or partial compensation without returning the goods.
Once you accept the partial refund offer, this order will be considered fully settled, and no further disputes or claims can be filed for this transaction.

5. Dispute Precondition
We will resolve all problems via shop message. Any buyer opening a PayPal claim without prior communication will forfeit the right to apply for refund.
